Lily is a passionate and devoted leader in the hospitality revenue management field. After founding TCRM in 2012, she was named Revenue Management Professional of the Year by HSMAI’s Arizona Chapter in 2015. Lily has held numerous revenue management positions with major brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels, Hyatt, as well as with independent full-service and management companies. Lily earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Lily has a mini zoo: 2 Great Danes, 2 mutts, 1 ferret, 1 cat, and a mini pig.

There are three areas that David gets really excited about when it comes to Revenue Management: 1) sharing creative ideas to solve challenges for his clients; 2) driving client satisfaction initiatives; and 3) creating data driven studies. When he’s not working, you can find David on his road bike discovering new places.

Othella loves finding new ways to support her team and advancing the sales effort!

Othella curates a collection of antique children’s books alongside her ever-expanding personal library, but thankfully her husband has accepted that she decorates their home in bookcases.

Emily’s experience in hotel operations, hotel revenue management, and airline revenue management have given her a deep understanding and ability to use analytics and key performance data to lead pricing strategy, generate revenue, and forecast demand.

Emily is an amateur photographer and is an avid Star Wars action figure collector.

Wendy’s commercial teams call her a unicorn because she is a unique blend of front office, reservations, catering, sales, and revenue experience.

In addition to handling Revenue, Sales and Marketing in the luxury market, Kiran is also a self-proclaimed tech nerd who enjoys learning new systems and finding ways to ensure that each one of her properties takes full advantage of the technology that is available to them.

Kiran is also a book nerd and was able to finish all 7 Harry Potter books within 5 days.

Nikki is a master of Tetris and loves figuring out how to place all of the puzzle pieces together perfectly. She works best under pressure, and has equal experience in event planning and overall making magic happen!
