Our CEO received TCRM was founded in 2012 to help hoteliers meet the growing need for skilled Revenue Experts in the hospitality industry. Shortly after founding the company, the CEO received the Revenue Management Professional of the Year Award by HSMAI Phoenix Chapter and the business portfolio grew over 300%.
We expanded our core team of Revenue Experts and hired a full time Director of Business Development. We signed our first international contract in Mexico, and in 2017, our CEO received The Stevie Award For Women In Business.
We continued to build on the growth by celebrating our 200th client partnership. Several exclusive key partnerships were signed while doubling our sales force. Our international reach expanded by another 20 properties.
